No Line Coloring – Step by Step Unicorn Copic Tutorial

A few weeks ago I colored this cute little unicorn and had gotten some requests for a tutorial so here it is! This little cutie is one of Mommy Lhey’s exclusive stamp sets — which you get when you subscribe to a Monthly Little Bits Subscription

If you didn’t subscribe to this kit and didn’t get the stamp set you can get the digi stamp bundle. You can also get that no line coloring look with a digi stamp. All you have to do is lower the opacity of the image which will lighten it.

I used my metallic, iridescent stickers from my Mommy Lhey Little Bits Monthly Kit for my sentiment. Don’t you love the way it looks over the vellum card stock. I also added some Star Dust Stickles to the little bubbles on the watercolor background paper and the unicorn’s hair.

Curious about the stamp outline? I stamped it in Memento Desert Sand Ink so I can have that no line look. You can also do this with digi stamps by lowering the opacity to about 20-25%. I’ve stamped onto my Copic Xpress it Blending Card. If you are new to using Copic Markers check out my Copic Must Haves.

I’m using E41, E42, E43, E44, R30, R32, BG13, BG11, BG10, V15, V12, V0000, R81, R3, R85, N5.

Of course you can always substitute with what you have. Just try to use the same amount of colors and make sure they coordinate.

Alighty, on with the tutorial!
