NEW Heffy Doodle Valentine Card + Copic Marker Tutorial
Have you seen the NEW release from Heffy Doodle?! There are so many super cute must haves in this release. Today I’m sharing a Heffy Doodle Valentine Card + Copic Marker Tutorial. This new stamp set is called Quill You Be Mine? But, it’s not full on Valentine — you could totally use this set all year round. I’m also using the new Heffy Cuts I love You Die — which comes with a border — I LOVE THAT!!
If you pop over on the Heffy Doodle Blog you can check out my step by step tutorial on how I created this card.
I stamped my images and sentiment with Memento Black Ink and Stamped onto my Copic Xpress it Blending Card using my Misti. Check out my Copic Marker Shopping Guide!
I used the following Distress Oxide Inks to sponge my background. Barn Door, Worn Lipstick and Spun Sugar. I started with the Spun Sugar first, then worn lipstick and just barely touched the edge using the Barn Door Distress Oxide.
Below you will see how I colored my adorable Hedge Hogs, where I put the shadows and how I textured the fur on their backs.
I used the following Copic Markers in my video and on my card.
E44, E43, E42, E41, R32, R30, Y21
