Well, Summer is almost over.. even though it’s still super hot! The kiddos are all back in school already and I’m happy to be almost back to a normal schedule. Woo-hoo!

How to Color Water using Copic Markers + Free Otter Digi Stamp

I had so much fun creating the water for this little guy — I snapped some photos of the process so you can follow along with this simple 10 step photo tutorial. If you are looking for some ‘fur tutorial’ you can look in all my Animal Tutorials — there’s lots of them.

I printed this little guy at 1.5 inches wide onto my Copic Xpress it Blending Card. I get a lot of questions about using laser vs inkjet and I do have both and have used both when printing digis. I’ve never had an issue with my inkjet ink running but if you have or worried about that just try setting the ink with your heat tool for 30 seconds or so before coloring.

In this tutorial I’m using the following Copic Markers:

B000, B00, BG15, BG11, B02, B14 and you will also need a white gel pen.
