How to color a Koala using Copic Markers

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a new card and tutorial with you, How to color a Koala using Copic Markers! I love coloring Koalas and getting the texture of their fur just right. These little guys look so furry — like their fur is popping off the paper. The stamp set is called Koala Friends and there is also a coordinating Koala Friends Die Set, so no fussy cutting. Yay! For more ideas using these cuties check out the Pretty Pink Posh BLOG! I’m also using the ‘Hello Shaker Die‘, even though I didn’t make an actual shaker card I do love the window look the die gives you — it’s adorable!

I used my N’s for the tutorial but you can use whatever grey’s you have. I also have stamped my stamps in Memento Desert Sand Ink so I can have that no line look that I love so much! The paper I stamp on is Copic Xpress it Blending card — which is my absolute Favorite. Check out more of my Copic Must Haves!

Here’s a full Copic List of the colors I’ve used in the step by step tutorial below.

N0, N1, N3, N5, N7 and R32, 30 for the checks. I think anytime you ad little rosy cheeks, even to furry critters, it really makes them so much more adorable.

Let’s get to the tutorial!
