Happy Fall Card with Power Poppy Stamps!

Power Poppy Stamps

Power Poppy Stamps

This card is perfect to welcome the first day of Autumn! I first saw these adorable stamps, Power Poppy Stamps, colored by ever so talented Debbie Olsen. My jaw dropped! I just love the realistic look, yet there’s not a whole lot of shading in the stamp — so that I’m able to still get some of my in depth coloring with my Copic Markers.

My wishlist is quite large at Power Poppy’s Shop! They have digital stamps and acrylic, they are all different, too. So, you will not be able to get any of the acrylic images in digital form. Smart!

Power Poppy Stamp using Copics

If you saw my instagram of my work in progress, then you probably saw my heaping pile of Copic Markers I used when creating this. In fact I used 33 markers! Unlike most Copic users I color dark to light. If you would like to see more details on how I color and the technique I use. Check out my Copic 101 Page!

Copics used:

  • N0, N1, N3, N5, N7, N9
  • R35, R37, R39
  • E11, E13, E17, E37, E93, E97, E99
  • W5, W7, W9
  • Y21, Y26, Y28, Y35
  • YR12, YR14, YR04
  • G82, G85
  • B000, B21, B41
  • BG10, BG70

The cardstock is from Fun Stampers Journey and the patterned paper is from Studio Calico.

If you’d like to see some of my coloring ‘in action’ you can check out my YouTube Channel. I also have some Online Copic Classes if you’re interested!

Power Poppy Stamps with Copic Markers

I cannot believe how long it’s been since I actually sat and colored an image I’ve been wanting to color. I really love these stamps! I cannot wait to get more. How gorgeous would this card be framed, on a mantle or table with some Fall decor!?

I’m going to ‘party’ with this card over on some link ups! 🙂 Here they are!
