Hi there crafty friends. I was having some computer issues yesterday and wasn’t able to get my post up. So here it is! I love to color with my Copics, so when I have solid stamps I try to figure way around how I can use my Copic Markers. This is a Great way to Practice Blending your Copic Markers — you can pick a rainbow of colors or even just one dark to light gradient. Either way you are getting a chance to blend your Copics and create a card — it’s a win – win!

I’m using the new stamp set from Neat and Tangled called Moon and Stars.

I always dig out some Copic Xpress It Blending Card scraps when I’m doing this to see if I can fit my image. I decided to create a rainbow since I had done a rainbow with my distress oxide inks and the pops of black look awesome on my card from Monday. So, I decided to mat my rainbow card on some black cardstock.

I’ve stamped my image in Memento Black ink and used the following Copic Markers for my rainbow.

 R20, R22, YR00, Y11, G20, B000, V01

After I put my sentiment on my card I wanted to add a little extra something — so I added some glossy accents all over my entire moon. I love all the white area on this card. It was so much fun to create!

Here’s another card using the same practicing idea — Check it Out!
