Distress Oxide Background and Copic Video Tutorial with Lawn Fawn
Hi there crafty friends! Today I’m sharing a few things with you. One of the techniques is how to color using Copic Markers. The second technique we are going to be creating a Distress Oxide Stamped Background. I’m using the Lawn Fawn Stamp Set called Sweetest Flavor along with the coordinating die set, the Friends Die and part of the double slider die.
I stamped my images and sentiment with Memento Black Ink and Stamped onto my Copic Xpress it Blending Card using my Misti. Check out my Copic Marker Shopping Guide!
Here’s a list of the Copic Colors I’m using in the tutorial to color my ice cream.
RV34, RV32, R20, YG45, YG41, BV02, BV00, BV000, E43, E42, E41

The Distress Oxide colors match the Copics perfectly! I’m using Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Cracked Pistachio and Shaded Lilac.
To add some extra highlights and sprinkles to my card I also used my white gel pen. Check out my video below!
