Create Depth Perception with Different Size Stamps

Be Kind Copic Marker Color Combo

I’m using the Be Wild Stamp Set and the Heavenly Hydrangeas Set from Rubbernecker Stamps.

In the Hydrangeas stamp set there are a couple of different sized bunches of flowers — which is absolutely perfect to Create Depth Perception with Different Size Stamps. So I stamped off the paper on the bottom of my scene which will make the flowers look “closer” than the Fox and the other bunch of Hydrangeas. The higher you place images in your scene they further back they will look. You will want to keep the larger stamped images closer to the bottom of the paper and smaller stamped images “higher” or to the back of the scene.

Notice I added some more Hydrangea bushes farther back in the distance to really give this card depth perception.

I’ve used my Misti to Stamp my images in Memento Desert Sand Ink to get that no-line effect. I stamped onto my Copic Xpress it Blending Card — which is my favorite paper to use my Copic Markers — or any Alcohol Markers, if you don’t own Copics.
