Coloring and creating Fur Texture using Copic Markers for MFT
I LOVE this little Birthday Bear from My Favorite Things. Today I’m going to share Coloring and creating Fur Texture using Copic Markers for MFT. I had SO much fun creating this card. It’s so bright and cheery — the perfect Birthday card. This stamp set is from My Favorite Thing’s newest release and it’s called Birthday Bear and Friends.
I used my distress oxide inks to create the background. I used, Picked Raspberry, Scattered Straw, Cracked Pistachio, Tumbled Glass and Shaded Lilac. Then, I stamped the confetti from Birthday Bear and Friends Stamp Set, in white ink and embossed it in white embossing powder. The white looks awesome against the distressed oxide background. Don’t you think?
I used my Misti to stamp my image in memento ink and stamped onto my Copic Xpress Blending Card.
Here’s a list of the Copic Colors I’m using on the card and in the Video.
E41, E42, E43, E44, E29, E25, E23, YR12, Y02, G82, R32, BV02, B93 BV04, N7, N5

I really didn’t want to cover up the background but I needed a little something .. so I just took some fun foam and cut some wavy lines and then lined them up on my card and trimmed off the excess. Don’t you love the way this came out…I think I’m going to need more foam because I love the way this turned out!
I hope you enjoyed today’s post and video. If you have any suggestions on what you’d like to see in an upcoming video, please feel free to post in the comments. 🙂 Have a fabulous weekend!
