Paper Smooches Bot - Coloring a Rainbow Using Copics

Coloring a Rainbow Using Copics

I had so much fun creating this card and Coloring a Rainbow Using Copics. I just love the fading effect of the rainbow and the Paper Smooches Stamp, Boom Bots, really pops off of the page against the bold bright colors of the Rainbow. Oh, I literally popped it off the page with a foam dot, too! 🙂 I wanted the Rainbow to really be loud and stand out, so I left a lot of white. I did use my C10 Copic Marker against the edging of the card base.

Ok, I used way more of the in between colors but the bottom row are all of the main colors of the Rainbow and the top row is the between color which helps blend the bottom row together better. So on my card, that 1/4 of an inch along the top are all of these colors. I LOVE the way this photo turned out though. It’s so pretty and reminds me of Rainbow Brite!

Paper Smooches Bot- Coloring a Rainbow Using Copics

I am so happy with the way my little bot turned out. This stamp from Paper Smooches is so cute! All of the little accessories stamps are so cute. You could really do so much with this set. Paper Smooches is having a Rainbow challenge.. which is why I wanted to create a rainbow on my card. I was in a mood for a challenge and something different than just coloring a stamp, and creating a background Coloring a Rainbow Using Copics .

This is the most beautiful rainbow blend I’ve ever seen!

I’m at a loss to understand how you got the fade going down the page, however! Do tell!

I’ve tried a few times, but just can’t get the same fade you get. I’m going to stop trying (my gosh, the ink…) and wait for you to show me the magic! 🙂
