Coloring a Cat and dog Cartoon Style using Copic Markers
Hey there friends out there in the crafting world! Today I’m sharing a new tutorial for My Favorite Things. When I had created my cards for the New MFT Release I had colored these little Stamps with a more of a Cartoon Look. You can check out my post of the NEW Release HERE! So today’s tutorial is Coloring a Cat and dog Cartoon Style using Copic Markers! I hope you enjoy it!
I’m using the new stamp set BB Picture Perfect and I stamped my image in Memento Desert Sand ink using my Misti Mini. I also stamped onto my Copic XPress it Blending Cardstock. Which is my favorite paper to use when coloring with Copic Markers.
Here’s the Copic Colors I’m using in today’s video, if you’d like to follow along. Remember you don’t have to use the exact colors I’m using — you can use any coordinating colors, just try to replace the colors with the same amount of colors I’m using. You can follow any tutorial using this ‘rule’. I always tell people you don’t need all the Copic Colors — just one good set of 3-4 shades per color. So, one set of brown, red, green etc. It’s so much less overwhelming if you think of it that way!
