Blending Copic Colors
It’s so much fun Blending Copic Colors. I love these little monsters! These adorable little fellows are from Technique Tuesday, Monsters Ink, and are really so much fun to color. I wanted to share a few different colors that blend well together, like I did with these little Monsters. I left the card pretty bare because I really wanted these monsters to be bold, bright a really pop off this little card. In fact the middle monster is literally popped off the page. I stamped the two side monsters, then colored the green one separate .. did a little fussy cutting and popped him right there in the middle. I even rounded the fingers outwards to make him look like he’s coming to get you. 🙂
Blending Copic Colors – Combos
- Pink and Purple Monster – V09, V06, V05, RV19, RV14, RV13, N5, N7
- Green and Yellow Green Monster -G20, G21, G24, G28, YG13, YG17, N5, N7
- Orange and Red Monster – R22, R24, 29, YR04, YR06, N5, N7
Notice how I matched the shadows to the shapes of the image. By doing this you really add so much more detail and life to your image. The shape doesn’t have to be perfect, mine isn’t!! Just believable.
This card needed something after I had colored the edges using my Copics and coloring starting at the edge of the card stock and flicking towards the monsters. I used BG10, BG000, B0000.

You have made a super card Mindy. It is such a shame that it looks like you have linked up to too many challenges, as we have a limit of 5 including our own at Less is More. I still love your fun card with its awesome colouring though.
